Where do I download the full complied package of Grub2?.

Sorry,I'm newbie and English and Chinese is not my main language. ^^

I'm using a computer running Windows XP.
I have searched a lot on net but could not find the full complied package grub2 (ie it has been complied)
I've downloaded from the homepage ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/grub/ but it's only the source code (I'm using a computer running Windows XP.), can not be used immediately. : Dizzy:
Someone has downloaded and compiled, please share me. {: 2_127:}
