上次的问题是：用批处理将连续数字的 1.ts、2.ts 等文件名称 “添加0” “补齐位数”，然后再一起合并
这次条件变成 1、2等文件名（没有.后缀），后面操作是一样的，请教大师该怎么修改？
这次希望解决两个问题：（附上上次您给的完整代码，方便您修改）
1、上次的批处理文件名由“1.ts、2.ts、3.ts”变成没有后缀的“1、2、3”批处理该怎么修改，其他操作完全一致
2、示例是对4位数字名称的修改，最小 0001 ，最大 9999 ，如果位数是 3 位 ，或 5 位，该在哪里修改下？
