ToolKit_v9.1-汉化版新鲜出炉

最近有坛友反应说9.1版本发布了，然后我查了一下，居然发布半个多月了！看来我消息不灵通啊

说明;
官方文档上有明确指出V8.8以后的版本移除了对win7-win10 rs4 的支持，只对win10 rs5做完美支持。请知晓！

此版本汉化时间比较仓促，错误之处还请大家多多指正，共同改正。。。

试了移除日历和邮件应用、电子钱包服务应用出错，原版也有错误，不知道为什么

知道为什么了，启动脚本选错了

感谢支持，启动的时候可以使用中文的引导文件。这样此工具就是以最高权限运行了。权限不足容易造成各种异常

直接运行Toolkit.cmd造成的
