Everybody who needs to install the forum just follow wwfox's
introduction to do that on f2s, it's goddamn easy.
i just did it by his tutorial.
by the way, wwfox mind telling me how to solve the ip problem?
u havnt told me the exactely correct answer.

如果你的IP地址显示不正确，可以去修改 data 目录下的10.txt、 202.txt、 210.txt、 61.txt、 other.txt文件，具体修改，你看一下文件内容就知道。

actually, some of my friend living in china & oversea, their ip address are display wrong too...not just mine....
maybe i distroyed the file already, coz i followed ur instroduction to replace those code ,,,,,,then i uploaded those related file again....
maybe something wrong happened when i did the excution.
