事实证明，方向错了，其他无法选择启动类型的PE，却能安装程序，不是这个问题，哪是哪里的问题？

会不会方向错了，安装APFS for Windows,显示 “没有注册类”。

服务已经是自动运行了（"Start"=dword:00000002），多半是还少一堆依赖服务了。
你正常系统下看依赖关系再补吧。
