就说TrueImage Home 2009也有类似的问题;
部分讨论内容:
I have recently upgraded to TrueImage Home 2009.
I cannot explore .tib backups in windows explorer or within TrueImage. When I try within
TrueImage, a "processing" window pops up for a second then disappears.
I am using Windows XP.

I had a similar problem until I removed Bit Defender Internet Security from my computer. BD
fouled up another similar software too.

Hello Joe and Fungus,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.
Yes, the suggestion to disable firewall and antiviral sofrware is good, please try it.
Also, to fix this issue you can either uninstall Acronis True Image and install the latest build
anew or uninstall the Acronis TrueImage Backup Archive Explorer module (the old one) from the
Windows Device Manager and delete the following Windows registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\tibfile\Shell\explore key
Please let us know the results.
We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.
Thank you.
