[已解决]Toshiba U2P-16G 量产失败, 求助~

新买的toshiba u2p 16G 优盘, 乘热打铁直接上量产, 结果惨白鸟<br /><br />向高手求助. 谢谢 :)<br /><br />现状 插入U盘, 系统无反应, mpall&nbsp;&nbsp;刷新也检测不到, chipgenius 也检测不到.&nbsp;&nbsp;是不是这就是传说中的变砖? 杯具啊~~<br /><br />本U盘的chipgenius的信息如下:<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;设备名称: [I:]USB Mass Storage Device(TOSHIBA TransMemory USB Device)<br /><br /> PNP设备ID: VID = 0930 PID = 6545<br />设备序列号: 001D0F0C73BFBA51231505D3<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;设备版本: PMAP<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;设备类型: 标准USB设备 - USB2.0高速<br /><br />芯片制造商: Phison(群联)<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;芯片型号: UP13~UP19<br /><br />产品制造商: TOSHIBA<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;产品型号: TransMemory<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;资料下载: 　<a href="http://bbs.mydigit.cn/read.php?tid=4345" target="_blank">http://bbs.mydigit.cn/read.php?tid=4345</a><br /><br />打开getinfo 信息如下:<br /><img src="attachments/20101018_7d0d867e7ec504b3fd53uPdATv5sGiDE.jpg" border="0" aid="attachimg_102272" width="344" alt="" /><br /><br />操作过程如下, 略读了量产攻略 ,参考了 <a href="http://bbs.mydigit.cn/read.php?tid=191459&keyword=mpall" target="_blank">http://bbs.mydigit.cn/read.php?tid=191459&keyword=mpall</a>|3.08 此贴. <br />根据此贴的操作进行, 选择自己的ISO文件.<br />使用 MPALL v3.18.00 程序, 选择 BN50V311M-8K.BIN&nbsp;&nbsp;和 FW50FF01V30410M-8k.BIN<br />关注刷机过程, 到 ISP Firewarm处 死掉了... 显示 ISP fail! .. 哎 真背啊<br /><br />请问是否可以自行修复呢? 谢谢大侠

没事刷固件干吗？用Ctool_v2.07来试试修复吧。

貌似ctool 也检测不到U盘

btw: 我就照着流程操作的 .哎.. 为时已晚. 知错了...

量产工具不能识别是必须拆盘短接http://bbs.mydigit.cn/read.php?tid=53927
先用Ctool的不同ECC到成功，然后才MPALL。
