修改了下ghost 11.0.1的启动映像

分享下，里面自带CDROM驱动及diskgen,ghost 11.0.1
测试对比了下，ghost 11.5的速度比11.0的慢，所以内核为11.0
需要11.5的单独下载

加了CDROM驱动是为刻在CDR/DVDR而设?
