PETOOLS and PECMD in ENGLISH PE

Hello ,

most of the active members of wuyou may know who i am . i am the seeker of knowledge . simply . from the best friend country of China . and i have learned a lot from the chinese friends , and i am prod to be a member here .

now on topic ,

is there any method by which i can use PETOOLS technology to be in English PE ? and does it has to be the PECMD which needs ?

because it is too bad ,that LX1638   does not want PECMD to work in English .  so it is big issue that how we can use PETOOLS to be automatically generate shortcuts under english PE 1.X ???

Edit the shell32.dll,many res and chinese string in it.take it for english,the system is go to english.
My english is bed,please read by heart

顶！巴基斯坦的兄弟，他想要能在英文PE中工作的PECMD和petools搜索工具。尤其是工作在pe1.x中的petools，pebuilder不是可以生成英文版的PE3.x么？

wimb 的 make-pe3 (v3.7) 其实可以制作本地语言的版本
http://www.mediafire.com/?fi81wqcdmzdv5 默认就使用了 pecmd.exe 接管和保护 explorer , 可以使用批处理自动搜索 Windows\system32\DriverStore\FileRepository 和 pe-tools 文件夹中的驱动(稍微修改就可以搜索任意字符组合的文件夹)
