一键ghost恢复系统时报错

我用的是最新版的一键ghost (V2017.02.17),在恢复系统时报错如下图：

说明一下：1、映像文件没问题，大小12G，通过ghost 11.2  手工进行恢复一切正常，只要是开机后选择一键ghost进行还原操作就会提示上述错误信息。
               2、电脑启动后在win环境下打开一键ghost也可以正常进行系统的恢复。
               3、按照图片提示选择“是”删除映像文件，电脑重启，重启后进入一键ghost后可以重新进行系统备份，但备份完成后再进行系统还原操作时就会又如上图那样报错。
恳请吧主及各位大神看看这是怎么回事，尽快处理这个问题，不胜感激!

补充说明一下备份过程中一切正常，并没有发生停电现象。

补充说明一下，电脑是BIOS启动，原先可以正常备份与恢复，昨天系统有点小问题想还原时才发现的这个问题。

对不起，刚刚看到，从报告上看没什么问题，可能出在你以前用过非安装版的一键GHOST（某些GHO系统集成自带的本软件），当备份时可能会备份到F盘，所以F盘上有残留GHO，请格式化F盘（当然，如果F有重要数据请事先备份），如果不想格式化，也可以设置显示所有文件，用360文件粉碎机把F:\~1删除，再重装本软件试试。
