你装CCPROXY干什么？ 作代理服务器？ 应该是程序造成的。可以御载了试试……如果还想用 ccproxy 就再装一次。

可能是什么文件被破坏了，你试试插入安装光盘，然后在运行里输入：
sfc /scannow
恢复完后重起一下系统试试看，能不能行
