windows could not start due to an error while booting from a RAMDISK
         windows failed to open the RAMDISK image.

         file MINIPE\WINPE.IS_could not be loaded.
         the error code is 7

         setup cannot continue .press any key to exit

         用优盘制作启动盘。显示上面的提示。这是什么回事。更换PE也是这样。
         用了小马PE；DOS启动grub再启动PE；杏雨梨云精简版。。。。
