Where does the End User Agreement file reside?

I downloaded win2k3in1 eng ver from www.soft163.com. When I installed it, it extracted and copied necessary files to my hard drive and restarted windows. Before installation, it told me that no End User Agreement document is founded. Since it was a .iso file before burning into a CD, I wondered where can we get the End User Agreement document and added to the .iso file. Thank you in advance!!
