看过几个WIN7PE的，只有这个最精简，非常喜欢， 希望增加驱动包：http://driverpacks.net/driverpacks/latest

driverpacks的驱动包不大，添加LAN、WLAN、芯片组、磁盘控制器、RAID，这些维护管理必备驱动的话最多也就20M。希望考虑！这些都是必须驱动！
如果不喜欢driverpacks的驱动包，您也可以考虑国内的：天空、驱动精灵SDK包（迅雷下载：http://file9.mydrivers.com/DGLiteSDK_Win7x86_1125_4258.zip）。前者都了解，后者比较完善。
声卡和显卡还有芯片组，三个一起大概在100M左右，如果做为维护盘我觉得添加和添加区别不大

内核建议纯原生态（保留基础软件如：winrar、DirectX、Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 运行库、Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 运行库、Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 运行库、 flash activex、
EmEditor），不放其他辅助维护工具，其他工具可以使用software.wim来分隔，桌面的LNK文件指向到software.wim，这样我们使用者添加维护工具也方便，没必要去动您的内核文件了，也不会造成系统出现大量垃圾文件和注册表项。

这个问题值得关注，我手中没有老机器，我自己现试着改一下看看能解决不

大牛我提的驱动和软件问题考虑采用木？driverpacks的驱动包很小很精悍而且driverpacks v10.0 静默检测安装都很强大

这个问题值得关注，我手中没有老机器，我自己现试着改一下看看能解决不

还有这个问题麻烦也记录下
如果不打算集成声卡驱动，系统声音关闭就解决了

检查下你的虚拟机网卡是否驱动，虚拟机网络配置是否正确，我用VMWARE测试没问题的，我昨天还远程桌面到公司的开发服务器上写代码呢

RDP 6.1~7.2协议的服务器都不能连接（2008 ~ 2008R2）
RDP 5.1协议的服务器都能连接
2003服务器测试没问题

我把7Z和WINRAR都内置到系统了不依赖PECMD 现在基本上所有设置都不依赖PECMD了启动速度有很大的提升。WIM也有相对的精简，现在问题卡在远程桌面（MSTSC）不能远程WIN7机器上面，实在搞不定，PE里面又不能用OD调试WINLOGON了找不到问题所在。楼主有空研究下吧！

MSTSC可以连接远程的win7机器，只是过程设置稍微麻烦些，具体看#190 楼我的回复

我们一起完善吧，第一个个我改好了。我现在准备精简网卡和RAID驱动，然后用UPX压缩部分内核减少体积，大约带驱动控制大小为320~350M左右
其实想法挺多的，也可以实现，考虑把程序目录和个人目录全部用动态link指向U盘。

这两个交给我吧，你把MSTSC远程桌面给和谐了，这个实在不知道问题在那里了。

刚刚发现，其实不用安装证书的，只需要输入用户名时用 “机器名\用户名” 或者 “域名\机器名” 的格式就可以远程了

纯内核大小200M左右，加上网卡、RAID、芯片组驱动和维护软件大概在260M左右。
定义软件和驱动可以在单独的包里加，桌面和开始菜单等个人数据配置都在soft.wim里面，完全独立了内核。

压缩完后大概可以控制在200以下。等你的远程桌面。

通讯协议大概有问题，FTP也如此  我用虚拟机改，要传文件比较蛋疼，远程实体机靠运气运气好连上，运气不好连不上。
最后选择FTP传文件了，结果FTP也如此，偶尔连的上，偶尔也连不上。换过两个FTP SERVER软件了，还是如此
搞的有点蛋疼
