vista/win7的.msu解压后再解压.cab？

直接解压.cab得到这种目录，结构很乱

有没有命令/工具能够得到比较整齐目录的？

试了下 pkgmgr /up /m:xxx.cab /s:D:\123 这种，也不能顺利解压。

可以通过.manifest得到比较整齐的目录。有没有提取manifest的工具？
