問：win pe 筆記本 裡的中文

你們的 windows pe 或 xpe，可以看到“筆記本”notepad.exe 裡面的中文字？？？


我的目的是想改
Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options ->  Advanced -> Select a language to match the language version of the non-Unicode programes you want to use:
這裡由 us 改為 Chinese(Hong Kong SAR)
這樣，就應該可以在 “記事本”裡看到中文了。
理論上好像隻要改
[Default.AddReg]
0x1, "Control Panel\International","Locale","00000C04"
但還是不能顯示中文。
