[求助]安装WINXP时提示无法复制viamraid.*这三个文件！

本人最近升的级，整套配置如下：
A64 3000+
微星K8T NEO2
KimgMax DDR400  256M*2 (旧)
金士顿 DDR400 256M*2 (新)
七彩虹冰封骑士9550
WD SATA 80G 8M
机箱是多彩的普通机箱(旧)
本人装双操作系统,C盘装WINME,D盘装WINXP SP2.
WINME的安装顺利完成.
在安装WINXP SP2时遇到了麻烦,系统老是提示找不到硬盘.
在求助之后,才知道是要安装驱动,就是在运行WINXP安装时按F6,从软盘安装主板附带的VIA SATA RAID Driver,这样才解决了找不到硬盘问题.
但新问题又出现了,WINXP开始复制安装文件时,提示无法复制viamraid.sys、viamraid.inf、viamraid.cat，我在软盘里放了这几个文件也无济于事，ESC跑过这些文件后，WINXP仍能复制安装文件，复制完文件重启后，蓝屏，出现一大堆英文字母，本人看不懂，只好抄下来求助了：

可能是硬盘驱动的问题，dos下用chkdsk扫描磁盘
