关于WINPE里 opera浏览器的问题

点了 启用opera 之后出现这个对话框：

opera has failed to access or upgrade your profile.this is may have occured because your computer has insufficient resources available or because some files are locked by other applications you may have to restart you computer before Opera start again

点确定就啥都没了。F9重启shell不管用。
看样子貌似是opera的配置文件有问题？

winpe里要使用opera的usb版的，这usb便携版不依赖太多，能正常启动
