一定要在winrar中重新设置一下 右键集成才能恢复。

有办法让他在部署后不用重新设置不？

经测试，在win11中只能在进桌面后，再次静默安装一下winrar,解决右键菜单丢失问题

Hello,

Microsoft forced app developers to install special signed app packages
to support Windows 11 context menu. But these packages sometimes might
interfere with sysprep. I couldn't reproduce it here, but I received
the similar report from another user.

You may try to install WinRAR with "/extall" switch, such as:

winrar-x64-700.exe /extall

but it doesn't always help.

If it doesn't work, you may need to turn off "Integrate WinRAR into shell"
in WinRAR "Settings/Integration" before running sysprep and turn on it
on every user's computer after that.
