[求助]系统关机出现严重错误（附原文提示）

我电脑安装的是XP系统，偶尔在关机时出现错误提示,提示的原文是：

screen appears
again,follow these steps:
check to make sure any new hardware or software is

problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or
software.disable bios
memory options such as caching or shadowing.if you
need to use safe mode to remove or
disable components,restart your
computer,press f8 to select advanced startup optins,and then
select safe
mode.

关机画面就停在这些提示文字上了，只有按下机箱面板上的重新启动键重新启动才行，不过重启后磁盘检查了很长时间，出现以上的关机错误的次数比较少，但我真的想知道是什么原因造成以上问题，敬请高手指点，谢谢。
